You can take part in the MyTempter Fidelity program only if you are registered on the website and for the Tempter newsletter.
The initiative is valid from 29/01/2018 and is not retroactive.
If you have registered, you will receive with the registration e-mail with a personal promocode you can use to earn virtual credit.
The promocode should be entered manually at the time of purchase to be able to spend your credit on
The personal promocode is non transferrable.
Each order placed on earns you virtual credit equal to 10% of the same order (calculated on the total including VAT).
You can spend the credit earned on your next order.
You must spend all the credit earned in one purchase, it may not be split.
To use the credit earned, the minimum order value must be at least €1 more than the credit.
Once you have earned and spent the credit on a purchase, you can begin earning credit again with your subsequent purchases.
The promo can be combined with other promotions and with the discounts offered on the / website.
Returns are excluded: if the order has been placed but you ask for a refund, the credit is cancelled.
The credit is calculated on the order total net of shipping and payment costs. 
The credit lasts 365 days (1 calendar year) from the first credit earned.
The initiative lasts 2 years (until 31/01/2020).
The credit is redeemed when the order is set as completed and paid: if you use bank transfer or cash on delivery as a payment method, you can avail of your virtual credit only when Tempter receives order payment.

General Conditions of Sale
1. Site ownership
The owner of this website (“Site” or “”) and all of its contents is the company F.E.R. snc di Varotto Elisa & c. with registered offices in Via Verga 1,  tax code and VAT identification number 04506600289, Economic and Administrative number 395272, with €10,000.00 share capital fully paid in ( the “Company”).
Access to and use of, including the sale of products through the website, are activities regulated by the general conditions of sale herewith.
The user, by accessing the site and using its functions, declares he has read, knows and consequently accepts these general conditions.
The company reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale if deemed necessary.
Any changes to the general conditions of sale shall be communicated beforehand on the home page of the website and shall be automatically applied to new orders.
2. Purpose offers users the chance to purchase stationery, home wares, objects and gifts online by the best brands on the market by selecting them from the many products in the catalogue published on the website. enables its customers to select different types of article, quantities and product characteristics and to proceed with the purchase by clicking on “CONFERM AND PAY” (known as “point and click”).
In this way the user undertakes to purchase the selected product with the chosen characteristics and to pay the relative price.
The transmission of the order is binding, notwithstanding the right of cancellation according to the conditions set forth hereafter.
3. Order confirmation – Product availability
The order is confirmed to the user at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase and within 48 hours of receiving the same, once the actual availability of the product in the warehouse has been verified.
The order confirmation includes the description of the products purchased, the price and other order information.
If the product is sold out or no longer available, shall promptly inform the customer of the order cancellation without any charge.
4. Intellectual property and site content and all graphic content on the website belong exclusively to the Company as its owner or to its content suppliers.
This includes documentation, images, photos, text, design, music, software, codes and format scripts.
The “Tempter” brand is protected by law and belongs exclusively to the Company.
Any reproduction, alteration, transmission, publication or redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Industrial Property Code, by the Law on copyright and by the provisions of the Italian Civil Code currently in force and cannot be carried out without prior written consent from the Company. 
5. Site content errors
The Company makes the utmost efforts to ensure that the information published on the Site is always updated and checked. However, the Company declines all liability as regards any technical or content inaccuracies, typographical errors and/or malfunctions, including the internet connection or the deactivation of cookies. While the latter does not depend directly on or the company, it is nonetheless committed to restoring the Site and/or its content as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, the Company is not liable for errors in product visualisation caused by personal configurations of the computer used by the customer or by its malfunction, whereby the image of the article is perceived differently from the original.
The company, also in order to provide correct and updated information, reserves the right to make corrections and changes to the Site whenever the need arises.
6. Legal guarantee
The articles purchased through are suitable for their intended use, are compliant with the description offered through the Site and are guaranteed for a maximum period of two years as of their delivery.
Should the customer find a non conformity in the product received, may exercise the rights provided for by articles 130 et seq of the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”).
7. Prices
All prices regarding products sold through the Site are to be understood as VAT inclusive. Prices can be changed at any time by the Company without prior notice, notwithstanding – in the case of change – the application of the price valid at the time of making the purchase.
8. Invoicing
Having placed an order, the customer shall receive the fiscal receipt inside the delivered parcel. If the customer requires an invoice for the product purchased, he must specifically request it by contacting Customer Service within 24 hours of sending the order at the following e-mail address:, providing also the order number and data necessary for invoicing.
At the time of placing the order, the customer can ask for the product to be sent to an address other than that indicated on the bill.
9. Order restrictions by country
Orders can only be shipped to the following countries:

10. Product availability
Product availability is always indicated in the product catalogue published on the Site. The products published are almost always in stock and as such ready to be shipped within 36 working hours of receipt of payment.
Should the message “Available in 2-3 weeks” appear with regard to a certain product, its instant availability not guaranteed and it will be shipped as a result within the term indicated in the message.
11. Right of cancellation – conditions
Customers not satisfied with the products purchased can exercise the right of cancellation for a part or all of the goods in an order, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, pursuant to art. 52 of the Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The right of cancellation depends however on the following conditions:
- the right is applicable to the product purchased as a whole; partial cancellation is only possible when the purchaser has purchased a number of products and intends to cancel only some of them;
- the right is not applicable when products have been personalised;
- the goods purchased must be complete and returned in their full and original packaging;
- to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended it is placed inside another box, bearing the message "RIGHT OF CANCELLATION";
- affixing labels or adhesive tape onto the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
- shipment as far as our warehouse, with documented receipt of the goods, is the sole responsibility of the customer;
Once returned, the product shall be scrupulously examined for any damage or tampering that may reduce its value. If the product and/or its packaging is spoiled, the company reserves the right to withhold from the refund owed a percentage corresponding to the reduction in value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the product.
12.  Right of cancellation - method
To cancel the sale, the customer must send notification of the same within and no later than 14 days of receiving the products.
Notification must be made either by e-mail to the following address or by registered letter with return receipt sent to the following address (F.E.R. Snc di Varotto Elisa & C., via VERGA 1, 35020, ALBIGNASEGO) and in the latter case the postmark shall be proof of the date of dispatch. The notification of cancellation should indicate the products purchased, the relative order number and the desire to cancel the sale.

The sales office shall reply by e-mail, with confirmation of receipt of the cancellation request.
The shipment of returned products may be carried out using any means of the customer’s choice. To limit costs and guarantee the traceability of the returned product, recommends registered post with return receipt or postal parcel within the strict term of 14 days from notification of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, shipment costs shall be borne by the customer, therefore no carriage forward or cash on delivery returns can be accepted.
Once the cancelled products have been received, we will promptly see to refunding the amounts paid to purchase the products.
13. Complaints
Any complaints should be sent by e-mail to the address INFO@TEMPTER.IT or by registered letter sent to F.E.R. S.n.c. di Varotto Elisa & C., Via VERGA 1, 35020, ALBIGNASEGO (PD).
14. Limited liability
The company shall be in no way held liable for damage or loss, direct or indirect, deriving from the delayed and/or failed delivery/return of the product due to the responsibility of the forwarder or the postal service appointed by the company or by the customer.,.
15. Shipments  
All our shipments are entrusted to leading forwarders on the market.
Shipment is carried out after 36 hours from receipt of payment and delivery occurs within approximately 3 working days all over mainland Italy, while to the Italian islands, more remote areas of Italy as well as to the rest of Europe, delivery occurs between approximately 5 and 7 working days.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase based on the order, as indicated below:

16. Applicable Law, Court of jurisdiction and dispute resolution body
The sales conditions herewith are governed by Italian Law; any disputes regarding their interpretation, application and validity are submitted to the jurisdiction of the court in the consumer’s place of residence or domicile if in Italy.
In all other cases, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Padua, notwithstanding the application of the law and jurisdiction set forth by international treaties and by the laws in force when the dispute arose.

How to order
To purchase a product on

1. From the product page, select the quantity and/or the colour of the item
2. Add the product to your cart
3. In the upper right of the screen, you will see the 'Cart' icon. You will also see a summary of your selected products and their prices. You can choose to continue shopping or proceed to check out by following the instructions shown on screen. If you wish to continue shopping, simply repeat the same process outlined above. If you wish to finalize the order, you can then sign in or register as a new user. It is also possible to checkout as a guest, i.e. to complete a purchase without prior registration.

B1) Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

the purpose of getting anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and
verifying that the website works as expected. Furthermore, these data could be used to

d) Retention period
The Data Controller will keep the registration data and the accounting data relating to
purchases for ten years from the last use or until the end of a possible dispute procedure.
The data collected by the contact form will be kept for sixty days from the last contact.
The data collected will be kept for 24 months for marketing purposes.
e) Processing methods
Your personal data will be processed by using IT and telematic tools to the extent it is strictly
necessary in accordance with the principle of limitation of purpose as well as with all other
principles listed in Art. 5 of Regulation 679/2016, especially with the principles of integrity

The processing of the data connected to the web services of our website is carried out mainly
