What can I do if my order does not arrive?

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay by credit card, through your PayPal account and also by bank transfer by entering the following information:

Reason for payment: order number + date of purchase;

The order will be dispatched when the payment is verified, typically within 5-6 working days.

I forgot my password to log in and access my profile. If you have forgotten your password, go to "login/register" and enter the e-mail address associated with your account, below "Did you forget your password?”. The system will automatically send your password to the address indicated on the form. 

How can I check my past orders? Past order information is available in your profile. The “MY ORDERS” page will display a list of all past product purchases.

How soon will I receive my order? Your order will be dispatched within 36 hours of payment and will be delivered within 3 working days. 

How can I return an item? You must contact Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@tempter.it and let them know you would like to make a return.

Why have I not yet received the order confirmation e-mail or the e-mail confirmation of the shipment? It may have been sent to your spam folder. For further support, please contact Customer Service by e-mail at e-shop@tempter.it

How do you order? Browse the website and select the items that you would like to purchase. After clicking on the product, you will arrive at the product page. Select the colour (if necessary) and click "Add to Cart".

When you have added all desired items into the cart, you can proceed to the payment. Click on "Shopping Cart" and then on "View Cart" at the top right of the screen to see your list of chosen items.

To place your order, click "Proceed" to access the checkout.
On the confirmation page, you will find a summary of the order with your selected items.

You will then see the section entitled "Shipping and Billing Addresses". Input the address where you would like the order to be delivered and the address that you would like to use for billing. Below you will find the section entitled "Delivery Method" where you can select your desired delivery method.

Select the payment method that you will be using. When you're ready to place your order, click "Proceed and Pay" at the bottom of the page.

You have now completed your order! You will be automatically redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address registered on your account. 

Has my order already been dispatched? As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. 

Can I track my order? Once your package has left our office, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to track your shipment.
